A: Because the coaches at OMI have extensive corporate experience, as well as enhanced degrees and multiple coaching and training certifications, we are able to blend consulting and coaching, and play an active part in helping our clients implement the strategies we recommend. Also, our coaches believe in communicating with our clients and their teams in a natural and personable fashion, as opposed to a rigid academician approach. This genuine human communication approach yields stellar results for our clients.
Q: Does OMI offer its services nationwide?
A: Yes. In fact, close to 90% of our engagements span across the country, and we also have an international engagement. This requires OMI coaches to travel regularly.
Q: Does OMI work in any specific industry?
A: OMI does not focus on any specific industry, as there are very similar organizational behavior issues across industries. We currently have engagements with a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, as well as a systems engineering and construction management company.
Q: Do you offer coaching to individuals?
A: Yes. OMI now offers seminars, clinics, and sessions to individuals through the Personal Development Work Group [PDWG].
Q: Does OMI offer resume writing services?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do OMI coaches conduct speaking engagements?
A: Yes, on a limited basis. We also offer speaking engagements in Spanish.
Q: Does OMI offer Continuing Education credits?
A: Yes, the coach that administers our CE courses has an MBA, has worked in Labor and Employment litigation, and is an Organizational Development specialist.
Q: Are OMI coaches certified?
A: Yes. Along with having advanced degrees, all OMI coaches are certified by ICF-accredited institutions.
Q: Does OMI offer a free introductory coaching session?
A: No, we do not. However, decision makers of organizations are free to contact us for additional information about our programs and services.
